If I had to guess....LSU or perhaps the capital campus on the north side of downtown Baton Rouge. This is of course if it wasn't built in the candidate's hometown.
I think that George W. Bush's library at SMU looks amazing.
The Clinton's Presidential center in Little Rock looks neat too. I don't think it's tied to a college campus at all.
