Where do you find people that can't walk efficiently?

I say airports. Walking through the airport in charlotte now and people are just stopping in the middle of the walkways for no fricking reason.
Notable second is the tourists stopping on sidewalks in NYC to look up at buildings.

Walmart. I have always said we need a "thinking aisle" where the morons can bring their buggies and go contemplate their potential purchases instead of blocking areas in the merchandise aisles.
In fact I have been known to hiss "thinking aisle!" At people that block me from getting stuff off of shelves.

I love the folks who decide the platform at the top or bottom of the escalator is where they are going to stop to do their next bit of thinking.

Walk anywhere in the French Quarter. Its as if god put them there to walk as slowly as possible in front of me.
