HEB is great. I wish they had them in BR. I mainly shopped at Randall's when I was in Houston.

Just meant to don't usually go there with food items in mind. Sometimes I buy food there....if I see something I like

Plan things out in advance. You can figure out how often you need certain things like toothpaste and paper towel.

Winn Dixie for the typical goods.

Calandro's or Whole Foods for specific meats,seafood & beers that I like. I'll do just about anything to avoid going to Wal-Mart.

I'd probably shop at Trader Joe's & Target more if they were in better locations.

Fresh Market, Earth Fare, or Trader Joes for specific speciality foods.

depends on what we need.

for a large amount of groceries - Wal Mart
for a quick in and out on stuff - albertsons
for large quantities of stuff - costco

Used to be rouse when I lived in nola, but publix now that I'm out of state. I Find it to be much better than rouses.
