Does Walmart sell this? If so is it located by the regular flour?

I know FDB, but I'm needing responses quickly, TIA.

Don't know where you live, but I've seen it at krogers in Georgia.

Kroger in Texas usually has it. I think I buy one called 'cup for cup'. They have a health food section usually.

whole foods for sure

what are you using it mostly to cook though? they don't do rouxs very well at all..

baking should be okay.

we got this one from whole foods i think..

there's also coconut flour you could try.. that may be even better.

Just buy regular flour and tell them it's gluten free.

They can't actually tell anyway. It's a made up thing 99% of the time

Are you gluten intolerant or have celiac' disease?

If not, then you have zero reason to buy that and quit giving in to diet trends.

Very few people have a gluten intolerance. The same for msg. I don't understand why people want to pay such high prices for gluten free products.

Maybe, I know people who get heart palps after eating msg though and eliminating it stopped it. Idk though.

I believe Gluten intolerance is real for some people. Not a large majority of people or anything, but very much a real thing. There are many articles arguing both sides, but I have seen science and research supporting it can be real.

I think better than going gluten free would just be avoid breads as much as possible then.. and eat whole foods. Easy to say though.. bread is awesome.
