Right before the Bama game, so nobody's paying attention.

Or the day of the Bayou Classic, so most people are out of town.

0 chance they do it before an LSU game. That would be a security nightmare

I would think they'd wait until after Halloween.

Heard LSU requested they wait until all our home FB games were over (so no earlier that 11/20).

newsflash: nobody gives enough of a shite about LSU football to let that influence a decision like this.

I understand that's hard to grasp for sidewalk fans, but there is a real world outside of LSU football.

That is true but, with the Foley factor, it may be able to be released a week earlier.

Forfeiting and whatnot.

There is no verdict. A decision whtehr or not to indict the officers involved will be announced after the election. Had the attorney general decided to indict, the announcement would have already been made to incite madness and outrage in an effort to influence democrat votes.

The officers will not be charged and should not be charged.

All of this is unassailable analysis.

verdicts are not released until after the trial. which has not started yet, since charges have yet to be filed.

There is no trial. It's a federal investigation to see if charges will be placed on the BRPD officers. No time table in play with the feds.
