With the internet, and devices like kindle it seems that the library is almost obsolete. I went into one for the first time in about 4 years today and I don't think I saw a single person in there under the age of 50.

Junior high when we all met up at Bluebonnet library and flirted with all the girls instead of studying

If I want something printed right away while away from home, I typically go to the library

Once a month. Check novels out. I hate reading on kindle or other tabs, like to hold a real live book
There is a library less than 5 min from my house doe

It's been 25 years or better. Used to do the Milton Latter all the time, then renovations and internet shut that down. Used to roll down the hills as a kid.

I was in Goodwood Library last week and it was packed. My kids study there a lot as do a ton of BR kids. It ain't your daddy's library. Great place.

You must live in a terrible city. I go to ours all the time. Free movies, awesome books, nice facilities to get work done. They offer a ton of services.

Book club every month, and on random occasions.

I read books that I order from thriftbooks. I have a kindle but that doesnt compare to having an actual book in hand.
The magic of books, the smell, the cover art, etc is all lost with e-readers.
