Blow on cartridge, blow into system tray, insert cartridge, down/up/down/up/down/up/down, power system

My brothers and I would blow in both, check the male adaptor in the game to make sure it wasn't loose, then lightly tap on the shag carpet.

I was the first one to beat Mike Tyson in Waskom. All the kids would come over after two-a-days football practice just to see it done.

That is what we did as well. We had a bottle that we kept by the NES.

I have three NES consols now, two of which one of my employees was going to throw away because "they didn't work". A little alcohol on the 72 pin and it fired up immediately.
