Out here in the Permian these Jew bastards ask for first month, last month, and a deposit equal to one months rent.

I charge first and last months rent to my tenants.

Yes that's the standard.

My apartments are between $200-full month's rent based on the applicants credit history.

Houses, condos, townhouses are all one month's rent.

It depends on the tenant. Bruised credit its going to be first, last 2 and deposit up front. Good Credit its first and deposit up front.
