It's out of state and he doesn't see it often, but has to go yearly and cut thru 3 acres of it to plant food plots, etc

Asking for a friend, lol

12 hours of light and 12 hours of night is what first triggers the flowering process. So the autumn equinox begins the flower process. Weed should be ready to harvest 7 to 9 weeks after it starts to flower. The equinox was sept 22 so sometime between Nov 10 to Nov 24, unless we get an early frost. If so he needs to harvest before that.

The first time you think it is about to frost/freeze...get out the trimmers.

First Frost, or prior to all the hunters entering the woods.

Leases in KS. He goes every summer to work food plots and such. It's there every year behind his camp.
Rumor has it the camp belonged to a poor farmer who happened to out 7 kids thru college....somehow

So yeah, it grows with no effort every year. I've seen the pics.

So since its a natural growth in KS, I assume it's after all freezes in spring when it "sprouts".

Nah. He's always talking about me going up with him, and I joke and say I'll go when it's the right time....which lead us both to question when a plant is ready.

If you haven't harvested your crop by now, it's probably already ruined by mold. I had one plant I let go to long, and lost about a third of it to mold. I had to carefully go through each bud to check for it. The rest just got tossed out. But I still got a few ounces from it.

Technically, it's when the trichomes becomes milky to Amber. If it's Amber, harvest that shite asap.

It depends on your planting cycle, but for frick's sake, it's almost November. If you're going to harvest some outdoor, do it NOW.
