3 times a week is plenty to push over 300 again if you want it.

Oh I know I could I just have no need or want to, at least for now. I have a wrecked shoulder and back from ball, maybe when I get those finally fixed. Right now I have way to much other stuff going and worrying about. To be honest the past couple of years have been tough to stay motivated. Took a long break off, like a lil over a year, and have been on and off since.

Had chest day today, worked from 135 up to 235 singles and then back down using more volume.
