We don't do benchpress in crossfit because it's bad for your joints and your could pull a muscle locking out your elbows

Anywho, 425/196 (2.17)

ETA: Just kidding. I would die if I tried to lift that off the bench. Just had a hernia repaired for the second time, so my maxing days are over. Last shot was 315 in 2006 (weighed about 180 at the time). I can still rep 225, and that's about as high as I'll go for the rest of my life.
