What’s your daily phone screen time?

Yeah I listen to podcasts and music but that’s not screen time. If it is, people in the early 20th century also had screen time.

I also play shows on my phone at night for the noise and have it face down. That usually counts as 5-6 hours.

I have an Authenticator I need to use for work and that eats up an hour and a half because sometimes I don’t lock my phone and it’s just up.

Screen time is a useless measure.

I’m at 5hrs 53mins

6.5 hours/day average.

I do use it for music and podcasts, but it’s still absurd.

I’ve been sick the past few days, and I bet I’m doom scrolling at least 6-7 hours each day.

Turns out I watch a lot of YouTube and TikTok. About 50m per day for each.

Daily average is 3 hours and 10 minutes. Not bad considering I work remote and don't have a work cell phone.
