This is the best.
Also, my girlfriend and I train 5-7 days a week and we both sweat like crazy. So the person saying to “get in shape” is just some skinny idiot who doesn’t workout.

That Michem shite is like thermonuclear fonk stop. I use it when I know I'm gonna be outside all day and have to go out after and wont be able to shower. I gotta believe that it's bad for you but holy shite does it work.
On normal days I just use old spice deodorant (straight deodorant no anti presperant). It works well enough and in my mind I feel like it's less likely to kill me.

Some people have hiperhidrosis and not matter how good a shape they're in they won't stop sweating no matter how much OTC deodorants or antiperspirants used.

Stay away from antiperspirant. Just do deodorant. Any Old Spice deodorant that smells good and is on sale works just fine.
