Pumped a couple hundred gallons of used oil on deck. Washed like hell for few hours to get it cleaned up before daylight. No one ever knew except for me and an electrician.

Spilled about 10 barrels of oil based mud on the ground when I was working on a rig.

Stepped partially in an open paint bucket, tipped it over and fell in the spill. Fortunately, it was in the shop and not the house. Wife felt sorry for me and helped clean that up.

One of my customers a while back told me one of his deck hands pumped a 550 gallon tote tank of rig soap into the diesel tanks on of of their work boats. Maybe not a mess as in a spill but a close second.

Was at my grandmas house when I was around 8 years old. Only one bathroom and it was occupied by my cousin of the same age.
Had to shite so has had I ran in the bathroom and pulled him off the toilet. He ended up shitting on the floor.

When I was younger, I picked up a chest freezer for my dad. It was heavy enough, or so I thought, so I didn't tie it down. I still remember the explosive white syrofoam cloud when that thing hit the road. I learned a valuable lesson about aerodynamics that day and how many hours it takes to pay for a new freezer

Had a 32oz jungle juice dauquiri in my lap/car in high school, cop pulled behind me and hit the lights.
I had only taken one sip and then dumped the entire thing out on my passenger floorboard (off-white interior) so I didnt get an open container ticket.
It worked but I had quite the mess to clean up.

I used to work in the warehouse of a car wash supply company. Shipping and receiving large drums of all the soaps and pre-soaks and liquid waxes that you select at a self service car wash.
One day I was moving a double or triple stack of drums and must have clipped something while turning and toppled/crushed a dozen or more drums. It was like a slippery soap rainbow covering the entire warehouse floor.

Coming around the corner of a bar with a tray of drinks and food. Slipped and fell in front of everyone. Thought I fricked up my back.

House got TP'ed in high school. Friend had the bright idea of burning it out, which works well in an oak tree, but let me tell you something about a frickin' river birch.
