1918 in the US but it was pretty much scrapped after WW1. It was WW2 that brought it back and gave it legs.

I fricking hate November thru February. I'm an outdoors person so I like having the daylight when I get off.

Most retards don't even know how it works. We're going back to Standard time now. Which is what it would naturally be.
