Depends on the destination...and how long I have to wait for the money once I'm there.
I've driven friends that distance for cost of gas alone. Some for less if it was an emergency.
If I have to take "valuable time" - gas plus 35-50 bucks if it's an easy drive. (breaking down to "hourly rate")

If I have nothing else to do and you pay my gas, I'd probably do it for 50 bucks. I fricking love driving. I love blasting Spotify and just being alone. I'm an outgoing person, but I love my car time.

I'd drive with or for a friend for nothing. For a random stranger, I'd go for $100 if I wasn't doing anything.

What the cargo is and where it is going determines what the price would be...
For example:
- trunk with a dead hooker or full of illegal drugs = very expensive
- trunk full of abandoned puppies going to a shelter = free
