4:50 mile about ten years ago. Now I barely run 5:50.

4:47 mile as a junior in college. 11:13 for 2 miles in basic training. 24:12 for 4 miles in basic as well.

In 1994 I ran 2 miles in 13:43 in Ft. McClellan, AL.
I did 56 push-ups and 63 sit-ups in 2 minutes.
I was 214 lbs and in the best shape ever was.

Not fast by any means, never been much of a runner but I just broke 24 mins in a 5k. Believe I was 34 at the time.
