ok

I was talking about on campus and whatnot

start a thread on here about male attire, and every frat guy in the land will tell you how they only wear khakis, polos, and leather shoes at all times because that is what is proper and they are not trashy

gym shorts, baggy tshirt, and flip flops on guys is sloppy and GDI

yet on the chicks its alright?

its confusing to me

Most frat brahs were athletic shorts and a t shirt to class.

There are no fraternity guys at LSU wearing more than a polo and khaki shorts to class. I wore a t-shirt to class every day, unless I had a presentation.

Gym shorts = GDI
Khaki shorts + t-shirt + tennis shoes = perfect outfit for class

You frickers should travel on up to any of the three Public Institutions in Iowa. Not only is there no pride in attire, the attire is designed to disguise the collateral consequences of their sloth and gluttony.

Midwestern clothing: hoodie, jeans, tennis shoes. Every single day.

I was in undergrad and grad for 6 years and only wore gym shorts to class 1 time... For a final that was at 7:30 am.

The high jean shorts (that almost go to their stomach) while tucking in their shirts is definitely trendy it appears

I'll only complain about trendy girls attire when dudes around campus stops wearing patagonia hats and colombia shirts. Seriously, does anyone think that looks cool?

I guess dressing nice now means poor, and dressing sloppy means you're spending money..? No idea.

I don't get it either. Even when I'm taking a sick day, I at least throw on some decent pants and shirt to run to the store for cold meds/whatever.

What's sad is it's starting to spill over into jobs post-college. I've seen a lot of younger women not have a clue that work casual isn't an oversized t-shirt with leggings and flip flops.

And leggings aren't pants.
