best defense is to know, and be in good standing with people, on a side note, the son of a local high school hero was no charged for a DUI by a grand jury Wednesday because, even though he blew a .12, in the field sobriety tape shown to the jury he did well, his dad was his hs and college coach(dad was a former UT qb,) at UNT when they played us a few years ago, the proposed charge was felony DUI because he had his 11 month old son in the car(along with his wife and parents)

That specific condition isn't the only thing that can render false positives.

I know a guy that got a DUI, but beat a possession charge by shitting on himself. Neither of the cops wanted to touch him and he was able to toss it before being booked.

True story, we responded to a one vehicle accident once and the guy had been drinking. The wreck totaled (rolled over) his truck and boat. As we tended to him there was a stench in the air and a suspicious brown substance on his forehead and head. Yep, he shite himself and had it all over him. He seemed oblivious to the crap on his head.

Mr Craphead refused all medical care because he was afraid of being tested for DUI. He had no obvious injuries and we cant force them to go to the hospital. None of the cops wanted to arrest him and put him in their car so he was let go. One of the cops was about to puke over the smell which was funny.

The dude finally got a friend to come pick him up. His friend made him sit in the back of the truck for the ride home, lol.
