I never got what was so great about Tupperware parties. Do people even have them anymore? What even goes on at a Tupperware party?

Rodan and Fields, Scentsy, Advocare, etc of the 60s

Just a way for housewives to feel like they were businesswomen.

My dad's generation used to call it a tupperware party when a bunch of guys would get together at somebody's camp and get shitfaced

Sometimes I don't feel like cleaning leftovers out of the tupperware, so I just throw the whole thing away.

I have 45 of the clear parts and 15 of the blue tops. Half of them don't fit on anything.

I like how they have the little circles on the tops because it makes them easier to stack.

I don't like the way red sauce stains them.

I use quart mason jars. They clean up well in the dishwasher. When the tops wear out, they can be replaced for a couple bucks a dozen. They don't freeze, and you don't want to drop them, but they're perfect for leftover gumbos, soups, and gravies.
