You may want to consider not putting out so much information that could be used to identify you IRL while you cast allegations of racism about your employer, legitimate as they may be, unless you've got something new already lined up.

I disagree. I worked at the Port Allen sort facility in college. Pretty great job, albeit hot as hell. It was like playing Tetris for 4-5 hours. They even kept track of high scores (If memory serves me correctly, 1200/truck was the minimum goal and 1400-1600 was damn good). I was in the best shape of my life. I was also the only honky on that shift. I was a white kid from the mid-south suburbs working with a bunch of black dudes from South Louisiana, and I couldn't understand a single word they said when I first started. Met some awesome people there and it helped pay for college.

ETA: Since a lot of y'all are based in Baton Rouge, I just want to say UPS gave me a strong dislike of Lamar billboards. The truck from there would show up last at night with all the printed signs. Heavy as shite and the boxes were way too big for the contents and would collapse when stacked. Lots of bruised shins caused by Lamar.

So why can’t I complain about racial discrimination?
