Global climate boiling warming. Pay more taxes and it'll definitely fix it

The high pressure ridge has a lot of sinking air. Storms need air to rise in order to form. So under strong high pressure, it’s hard for storms to form.

In Alabama, we are very hot and humid but we aren’t under the core of the ridge. We also have good wind dynamics in place. Because of this, we’ve had an uptick in the intensity and number of our summertime storms

I used to get aggravated by the daily summer showers. Now I’m aggravated bc it hasn’t rained since like May.

When I was a young baw playing summer baseball (early 90s), it seemed like if I had a game it would automatically rain on that afternoon.

Been home for two weeks and haven't had to cut the grass and my yard is turning brown. This sucks.

We've had plenty in Georgia. I have only had to water the garden and grass a couple times this summer.

Don't fall victim to the power of persuasion. When you have a couple of weeks of scant to zero rainfall, don't let the devils tell you the whole climate has changed and they can fix it with higher taxes and more power. Don't fall in that cistern.

It's pretty much rained or been a chance or rain everday all summer in North Alabama. Just had a shower. It's like a Sauna outside. It was already humid as all get out before it rained.

Grass has needed cut at least twice a week all summer.

That makes it worse.

Yes, while rain is falling is technically cools off but the second it’s done, the heat is right back up and it’s like wrapping a wet, hot towel on yourself.
