Resident Evil and World War Z are too fast.
I am legend are less fast, but have some intelligence still.
Game of Thrones dead are fast and can use weapons.
Walking dead by far. Slow moving zombies that are decaying to nothing. Decay of muscle tissue would make them weak over time as well.

You would think so but they have some super strength since every time they touch you you fall and can barley scrap them off.

Are we going by how it's portrayed in the movie/tv show or realistically how it would be in that "world"?
