I've never used a Neti Pot, but everyone I know that has, swears by them.

depends on where you live. Can you get sudafed otc where you live? If so, get the 12 hr generic. Easily the best.

If you've been stopped up for a long time, you probably have an infection. Sudafed can help work it out, but probably need antibiotics.

I get fish amoxicillin through ebay. Done it several times. Just google dosage if you go that route. Can get two or 3x what's needed for the price of copay.

And Neti pot or similar.

Antibiotics usually don't help. See this article for more:

Thanks for contributing to the massive antibiotic problem facing us. shite like this is why we have now have superbugs that can't be killed with the strongest antibiotics we have.

He's a drop in the ocean compared to doctors over-prescribing.

Are you whining bc I don't waste money on doctors and nurses, or are you whining bc I use antibiotics?

True...but why do many doctors over-prescribe? Because they don't want to tell their patients no when they ask them for antibiotics for their "bad cold" because they don't want bad patient surveys(Press Gainey can suck a dick imo).

Anti-histamine

NSAID

Try a saline irrigation, they help a lot

It's most likely viral so Dont worry about an Antibiotic unless it hasn't gotten better after 7 days or so

Aleve cold & sinus.

Not Tylenol or Advil.

Don't know why, but this stuff works great for me.

Just like Granny's cure for the common cold - Take it, and you're better in 7-10 days.
