....with the bonus check I earned? I wanted to spend half of it on something I want/need, but the wife said no

the wife and I have an agreement, if something costs more than $200, we both have to agree to the purchase.

This has served us very well over the years. And I can only think of one time one of us has stopped the other. The wife wanted to go to her 15 year high school reunion and I nixed it.
