He was stuck it the car the whole night. And it was even a rather cool night. I was saying that they just left the dog by itself in the car. And they were absolutely trashed. And they got inside and got even more fricked up. Putting the dog's life in danger.

Tyrann Mathieu couldn't last more than 8 minutes in a car with the windows rolled up and he can sweat. I'd break the window.

I would make an attempt to locate the owner like having the paged over an intercom. If no luck then I wouldn't hesitate to call 911. Cruelty to animals is a crime. Any POS who does this doesn't deserve to have a dog IMHO.
