It’s all relative. They’re a good bit balmier than where I am.

It's not all that cold out here. But you're going to see a lot of snow. We just had our 6th snow of November this morning.

I'm not sure Eastern WA is warmer than Bend, is it? Spokane, Tri-Cities and Yakima are brutally cold (and brutally hot lol).

The hottest average high in Bend is 84 degrees. The coldest average low is 23. That's damn near perfect, for me at least.
