I was once on "Dial A Teacher" when I was in the fifth grade. Does that count? 
There are a ton of 50's/60's shows that would have been cool to have been on. "You Bet Your Life" with Groucho Marx comes to mind. Maybe be a replacement soldier in "Combat!" that inevitably get killed and lamented for a minute or two by Sgt. Saunders. Maybe as a villain on "The Rifleman" and get blown away by Chuck Connors. Be Barney's long-lost cousin on the Andy Griffith Show. Things like that.

As for being on TV, I was interviewed by NBC 13 in Birmingham while standing in line to go in the Birmingham Jaycees haunted house on Halloween night 1987.

I was a guest on the now defunct hrtv race day America one morning. I won a handicapping tournament and they interviewed me asked my opinion of the Santa Anita card that day. Probably what, 6 years ago now actually it was 5

Mr Wonder was a local late 70's KNOE TV8 show host.
Allegedly took some kids on a camping trip that he paid for.
It's remarkable that he's still alive.
Google his name and there will be no trouble finding out more.
Video 102 was a music video show on KNOE FM102. I was an announcer on the station M-f 6-12 and had the chance to host the show.
