Mix a little dry cat food with warm water to soften or add canned cat food to a little dry,

Definitely don't feed them regular milk if you can avoid it. It jacks up their stomachs.
Also, momma cat is probably going to come back once the rain slacks off. Hopefully. Keep an eye out for her near where you found the remaining litter.
