I didn't jump on Blue Bell for a long time because I hated the ad campaign. Then I tried it.
Honestly, Homemade Vanilla is all I ever buy, and it kicks arse out of any other brand for the buck.
In defense of Kptr, we used their shake mix at all the Fast Tracks (burgers, not gas) in BTR, and it was awesome. Too bad this was 1988-89.

I had them come to my house three times and check. I barely keep anything in my fridge, so it was like 34, which just so happens to be the temp right before milk started freezing in there

it's been over a year and a half since I've bought any ice cream. I had a snickers ice cream bar about 10 months ago which is the tits but that's about it. I can't keep that shite in my house.

Did anyone else find the Kleinpeter ice cream would freeze much harder than any other brand? It would have to sit out before the scoop could barely make a dent.

Im pretty sure it's not. They may use kleinpeter dairy, but the New Orleans ice cream company creamery is somewhere in the French quarter.

That was a doomed project from the start looking to get into something that would never be able to turn enough volume to stay afloat.
