What steps it will take to make BR an iSmart City

With safe driving, attorneys, law enforcement and courts are going to be hit in the wallet. No more tickets, no more ambulance chasing, no more simple arrests and putting Joe citizen on the probation payroll.
iSmart utilities, real time traffic patterns to ease gridlock, planning the right times and routes for people to take to get to work without major delay.
iSmart emergency response.
The first step will be to start investing and updating now to make BR's city-net super high speed.

This Current Broome Admin blaming everything on "racism" has me fuming. They've elected the worst of the worst to run the city, and it's not fair to the decent, hard working people of every color. The city is slowly being given over to thugs and thug enablers and it makes me angry.
