What should I take as a pre workout?

I joined a cross fit gym (IRONTIBE) in October. I really like it but feel like a need a boost

Same movements but a little different than crossfit.
They don't sell the SFH products at your gym? If not you should look into those supplements.

Honestly I drink a cup of coffee before I go workout in the morning and that does me just right. I much rather working out on an empty stomach. Especially Iron Tribe workouts.

I quit using preworkout because it kept me up at night. Now I use mio energy and squirt some in my water. It's basically just 60 mg of caffeine per squeeze and some vitamins.

Morning or evening workouts?
Pre i.e. C4, Mr. Hyde, etc. keeps me up pretty late if I take prior to an evening workout.
