Surprisingly, it seems like 90% of the home health nurses and therapists who came to help with my parents when they were ill were overweight, and I know several of them smoked.
Maybe having to be in their cars all day and eating shite for lunch did it.

Radio DJ's. I don't know why but every single one I ever met was grossly overweight. The few exceptions always turn out to be heavy drug users which keeps them skinny.
