Don't care for zero turns as my yard has some serious slopes and you can't do any real plowing (snow or dirt) with them.
Have a Cub Cadet GT3100, last year they made a real garden tractor, with full hydraulics, plow and 54" deck.
eta-I talked to a yard service guy about doing the yard and he kept avoiding giving a price until he finally said the slopes are hard on the drive motors of his commercial zero turn, so he didn't want to have the account.

Moderately sized yard and one of the boys wanted to cut some lawns for extra cash so I bought a Crafstman z7000 series Kohler 24hp engine, 3 blade system that has been solid. It has the solid welded steel deck, not the cheap pressed deck. It does what it is intended to do and met expectations. I got the sale price a few years ago at $2,499. I currently have 168 hours on it.

Have rented for the past three years, two years with a Gravely 460 and the Exmark Lazer Z last year. I was able to demo a Spartan. The Spartan was the best with the Gravely a close second. I did not like the Exmark.
I rented a Skag Cheetah II early this year and was blown away. Purchased the 61" Cheetah and it is a Beast.

Kubota ZD 221 54” cut. Only have 600 hrs, but so far it’s been the best I’ve owned. Only negative I can think of is that it is heavy.

Cub Cadet ZT1 54". I have 4 acres to cut. The 54" is about the largest deck I can fit between my crape myrtles along the driveway.
I inherited a Toro Z5030 that I need to unload. It has some electrical issues but the Kohler engine and deck are still good.

1/2 acre. Anything more is ridiculous.

Don’t have one.
A friend of mine has owned a lawn company for 20 years now and his crews cut my grass every other week.

Lol, I could get one but would have the same issue. I actually like my self propelled.

I said the same thing, then one of these fell in my lap (for a nominal fee):
Life-changing.

Cub Cadet 50”. Bought it because it had the best reviews for cutting steep grades.
Also because it has a Briggs & Stratton engine.

Cub Cadet Professional 60” with the steering wheel. I keep it at my camp on Toledo Bend as it handles hills well. It also has a Parker Pump transaxle not a pump and gear.
My house in Baton Rouge I just use a walk behind.

Hustler hyperdrive. No complaints other than it could have wider tires all the way around to lower the ground pressure. That would help out on softer ground. It’s been perfect otherwise.
