I prefer saucony but any brand will do. I run about 16-20 a week and the hokas are just a trend atm.

Brooks Pure Connect 2. On my 3rd pair and they work great. Trying to decide if I stick with these (since they work great for me) or try a different shoe.

Forget the trendy stuff - Asics, the choice of Fanatics! Nike popularized the modern running shoe, but Asics (Tiger) invented them...feet don't change and their 60 years of research is still valid.

No problem. For the record I went through about 15 pairs of Nike Zoom Elites before they quit making them. I switched to air max and those are good for me.

Yeah it sounds like you did the right thing. In my opinion I think it's better to take steps to correct problems with your stride through actually changing your stride then trying to buy a shoe that says it will correct it for you. That's what all those studies were getting at.

Sure they do. Yours have probably changed since a year ago.

I love Asics, BTW.

Brooks launch and adrenaline
UnderArmour-don't recall which one

Have had Asics and prefer the Brooks. Everybody is different. Hate Nike. Look good but kill my feet, knees and ankles. Will buy a pair every now and then, but always end up in the closet.

I'm about to order the Hoka Rapa Nui 2.
I've got a few more months of training for the Grand to Grand Ultra, and have heard some good things about these

4 pairs of Nike Pegasus 29's and one pair of Mizuno Wave Rider 15's that probably have too many miles on them.

Asics Kayano 19's. That series always fits me perfectly, and I'm about to drop some cash on the 20s.
