9 for most everyone. Couple people get as late as 10.

As an adult with kids? 8 or 8:30...after that you start potentially hitting kid bed times.
If my phone rings beyond about 9:30 I'm assuming it's an emergency and kind of pissed at whoever fricking called if it isn't.
