Just ran a mile in 9 minutes! personal best. Might not be good, but its progress. Now I just have to work on my swimming time.

6 minutes 30 secs. Anyone who runs under 6 is a beast.

Never timed myself at a mile, but my fastest two mile is around twelve minutes.

5:15ish in high school and I didn't even place...three dudes blew past me in the final straight-away and I didn't have the kick left to hang with them

I ran 5:56 in high school. I haven't been that fast in quite some time.

DOn't time myself in a mile, but I'm guessing it would be close to 6 minutes and some change. 1.5 mile best is a 9:45

If it takes you 9 minutes to run a mile, you might need to jog a bit more before taking your shirt off in front of others to swim.

I saw guys regularly hit 11 minute two miles in the army, no way that's near Olympic level.

6:15, 1st mile of my best 5K. I've never just tested one mile.

This was about 6 months ago before my IT Band started acting up again, now probably a 7:00 mile.
