The one I built is a monster since I used 6x6 posts.
So..
2 6x6 10' posts
1 1" 60" long pipe with threads
2 1" floor flanges
Some 2x4s
You also need a 1 1/2" spade bit, a 1 3/8" bit and 8 bags or so of the quickrete post concrete.
It's rather simple.
1. Start drilling with the 1 1/2" for about only about a half inch on each posts. I centered mine about 6" from the end of the posts.
2. Switch to the 1 3/8" bit and finish drilling the rest of the way through each.
The reason why two sized bits is this: the flange is slightly more than a half inch wider than the pipe so to make it flush to the post, you widen it in the beginning. The reason for the 1 3/8" bit for the pipe is that a 1" pipe is the measurement for the inside diameter so it's closer to a 1 3/8" outside diameter. You have to use the large bit first, not the smaller bit.
3. Use a drimmel to widen the hole a little more so the flange can be squeezed into the hole. Now, pry it back out.
4. Squeeze your 1" pipe through the holes. Make sure the wider openings are on the outside. Allow each end to protrude through by about 6" to allow for the next step.
5. Thread the flanges onto each end.
6. Pound the flanges into the holes til flush with the posts. I used a maul and protected the flange with an old 4x4 piece of wood.
7. Screw the flanges to the posts. I used 3" #14 screws.
I added a 2x4 cross brace about 4' from the bottom of the posts to keep the top and bottom the same distance apart. The posts should be ~48" apart since 6" of each end of the pipe is inside the posts.
8. Dig two 2'-6" holes about 12-14" wide. I used the maul to pack down each hole when I reached depth to make sure it wouldn't settle when I stood it up into the holes.
9. Once stood up, use two more 2x4s to prop up each posts vertically to ensure that each post is level.
10. Pour some concrete.
11. Done

The amount of crossfit hate in this thread is absolutely hilarious. Thanks for the entertainment.
Btw, when I hear someone say they can't get away from people talking about crossfit and WODs and boxes, all I hear is that you need to spend less time on Facebook, and twitter, and Instagram, and whatever else.

Are snatches considered crossfit now?
Well shite, I was doing crossfit in high school.

Considering the gif says "fail army" and that doesn't look like a crossfit gym, I'm going to say that was just a guy trying to snatch.
But damn that looked painful

C&Js and Snatches are a staple in CF workouts, but you're doing lighter weight and a lot more reps than a normal Olympic lift workout.

I was just trying to point out to the less-than-intelligent individual attempting to post "funny crossfit gifs" that the snatch is a lift done by every high school athlete in the country.

Based on the gifs alone, neither of them appear to be from a crossfit gym.

what is worse - hipsters or crossfitters?
Easily hipsters. At least crossfit people are in decent shape. There's nothing worse than a fatty in skinny jeans.
