How has nobody mentioned Baker, Louisiana? Real nice town to get speed trapped, also a good place to stop and take a shite.

That is a darn good guess.

That place is the epitome of desolate.

All those small Alabama towns I drive through on the way to the beach look exactly the same. It's kind of scary.

Donaldsonville. Absolutely nothing there and traffic is miserable going over the bridge with all the good ole baws working construction

Is Queen City, TX part of the south? If not I'll second West Memphis.

Degenerate black people town? Pine Bluff, Jackson or Selma. For a good mix of everybody being shitty you can throw a dart at a south la map and whatever town it hits can qualify. Only place I've seen with worse genetics is West Virginia

Alexandria seems to be mired in a slump and every time I pass through it seems that something new has closed.

As for as worse there are a bunch of small towns with absolutely nothing in them but a speed trap littered throughout central Louisiana.

Can't agree with Donaldsonville as they have some pretty good restaurants.

Typically if the town name contains a direction like West Memphis, it is probably not a desirable place.

Jasper is a great town, if you like meth and white trash.

I have to agree with Uniontown. That is a scary place. Calling it a shithole is offensive to shite and holes.
