What is the tackiest thing you have ever witnessed?

I once saw a person put a bill in the offering plate and they got back some change but that is not the tackiest thing I've seen, that goes to face tats. Neck tattoos really bother me but face tattoos take the cake. What had to go wrong to do that to yourself?

It would have to be something from China. There are so many WTF moments over there. For plain tacky, it is probably the way that they routinely spit on the floor. 5-star hotel, somebody's office, theater, etc.
