What is the longest consecutive amount of time that you have stayed awake?

I hope that is worded well...I'm sleepy.
Mine = 45 hrs in a row (Las Vegas, late 90s)
Work event.
Partied all first night to sunrise.
Next day was all day meetings and, of all things, physical activities / contests (ugh)
That night, repeated first night to almost sunrise.
Was winning my azz off at craps table but decided to call it quits when hallucinating (due to lack of sleep, nothing else) little green men messing with my chips on the table.
Mine = 45 hrs in a row (Las Vegas, late 90s)

I had a tooth issue.
Stayed up all night in agonizing pain Monday night, Tuesday night, Wednesday night. Pain killers weren't helping.
Thursday night I took a double dose and at some point around 9pm, I fell asleep.
So 5am Monday until 9pm Thursday. I wasn't seeing anything but I was definitely more than a little delirious.

Not so bad but, the shadow people are trippy. Then you have the deepest sleep ever. Wake up to eat and piss then go back to sleep.
