On a daily basis? Assisting the wife with whatever procedure she is doing. Depends on the case. Eyeball injuries disgust me. Everything else gets to be routine.

The poop vomit wasn't a regular thing though. Actually first time I encountered that with a patient.

Shove a tube into a child's nose all the way down to their stomach and pump laxatives through it continuously until the child's diarrhea looks like dark urine.
Empty out foul smelling drains placed in the body to drain out infection in the body.
Take a tube and stick it down a child's nostril and turn the wall suction on to suction out a ton of mucous out.
Cleaning a tracheostomy site and suctioning out the trach.
Change dressings on foul smelling wounds.
