The radio host doesn't know what he is talking about. The website in question is CreepyPasta. It is similar to nosleep on reddit if you are familiar. It is just a website where aspiring writers and regular people share scary stories. Nothing sinister or unholy about the place. It was a case of 12 year olds making something elaborate out of nothing.

yeah one of the stabbers was quoted as saying, "if we didn't kill her 'HE' would kill our families".....guess the "HE" is slenderman
also i'd be willing to bet my left pinky that the one they tried to kill was a pretty girl, just seems like something to ugly pissed off girls would do

One thing is for sure, I'm sure whoever created Slenderman didn't want this to be the way he became mainstream.
