Started bussing in out of district kids years ago, has obviously changed the demographics of the student body.
The shitty school board is worried so much about making sure they can bus in those kids, they don’t run the buses for kids who live in the district.

It's been at least a quarter non white since the 2000's. It's moreso now because they're letting kids from failing schools transfer if they qualify. Not to mention LC has a large Hispanic community now.
