I was thinking about taking my 5 year old daughter this afternoon. I haven't been in over 12 plus years and my last memories are of it being run down pretty much.

Has their been any improvement lately?

You should take her to K&B afterward and buy some toys for her too. They have good prices.

If you ever wanna go real big, I suggest Astroworld in Houston. Well worth the money and drive.

Hilarious!

On a side note, I worked at K&B during high school for the Christmas Season once. They were far from reasonable.

I am glad they are closed down...

Went last year with my kids. Inside was pretty ran down and the people were disrespectful, not so much the workers but the hoodlums that hang out there. We played a round of puttputt and left.

Haven't been in years. I do remember they had three 9 hole putt putt courses that adults could play on. She may be too young for go carts/batting cages. Food wasn't good

I almost went when I was back in town. It can't be too bad, it doesn't look run down or anything.

I used to like their toy store in the Oakwood Mall when I was little - I wasn't the one buying though. Speaking of K&B, I worked for a large alcohol distribution company in New Orleans during the holiday season when I was in high school and the amount of Crown that we delivered to K&B before New Years was epic.

It's weird to me how places like this can't stay "nice".
