I have to go with the Japanese. They have been loyal even though this country crapped on them.

The Vietnamese
They came over here in the 70's, learned the language, got educated, bust their arse working and believe in the family nucleus. You never see them bitching, protesting, and wanting free shite from Santa Clause.
They also were able to assimilate into American society while keeping their traditions.

They're expanding well beyond menial labor. I see a lot more Hispanics out in the field with a trade (electricians, plumbers, etc) than I did 10 years ago.

My Syrian grandfather's parents came over around the turn of the century. They became business owners, military veterans, and generally peaceful and productive citizens.
Yet pussified Americans today are scared shitless of some Syrians coming over. Hell, folks, they're already here.
