Will likely be building a home on a somewhat secluded lot about 600' away from the nearest power pole. Does anyone have recent experience with DEMCO and this situation? Do they charge by the foot? Does it go by distance from the nearest roadway or distance from the nearest power pole?

Never done this before so I'm clueless and just trying to get vague expectations as to the cost I'm going to be looking at.

TIA
