You're fricking right. There was a lot of talent. In shape hot and sweaty talent bending over with mirrors all around. It's an added benefit to busting your butt.

It's basically a high intensity biking class. They tell you how fast to bike with what resistance for how long.

So the start of the class might be
45 seconds normal biking
1.5 minutes at 120 RPM and setting the resistance to 16
Ridding standing up for 45 seconds with resistance at 18
Then doing 10 up and downs with resistance at 15
Etc
Etc.

Kick arse way to get exercise

It never stops hurting. As Greg Lemond said, "it never gets easier, you just go faster". Riding a bike is fun, riding a trainer or exercise bike is torture. But man do you feel good about what you just did after the workout.

Yeah, I am not going to rip any dude for going to those classes. People come out drenched and there are always a handful of hot women in them.
