And when?

Morbid I know, but I've been thinking about my mortality a lot recently. Kids will do that to you. I'm only 35 but still...

I'm thinking prostate cancer in my 70s like the rest of the Rifle men.

For any given American male, isn't the most likely one of these three?

heart disease/heart attack
cancer
automobile or plane crash

Liver failure is the most likely. Anywhere between six and six and a half months from now.

Just a joke about drinking too much. But thanks for the concern.

Statistically, as an American, heart disease most likely.

Which I fricking despise.

The day of the Lord will come just like a thief in the night. While they are saying, "Peace and safety!" then destruction will come upon them suddenly like labor pains upon a woman with child.

Not sure...had a TIA about 10 years ago, dodged it. Had a sizable tumor removed from my jaw/saliva gland almost two (2) years ago. I am feeling pretty good to this point, certainly not bulletproof as I once did, though.

Amazing how kids make you feel mortal. I never gave my own mortality much thought, but that all changed in the delivery room in witnessing the birth of my first child. In watching my sons ascendency into this world, I was immediately hit (for the first time in my life) with the realization that I would actually die one day.
