Fast metabolism so I can eat and drink whatever I want and still rock the 6 pack. Its a curse in this dad bod crazed world.
Welcome to my world. Hey, at least we'll look like we're in shape whenever the dad bods get fat and nasty.

I was fat a couple of years ago. Size 37 inch waist. I saw myself in a window and was disgusted. Now, 31 inch waist and in better shape than when I was in college.
I'm never going back.
I'm never going back.

So did you live in the woods or something?
How do you suddenly see yourself in the window?
Honest questions or did you just NGAF before?

I can't explain it. It's like I saw myself for the first time.

Gotcha.
That has been happening to me lately in photos.
I always look good in the mirror though.
I'm 26 and slipping hard into dad bod. I cannot give up the good beers. I generally eat pretty damn healthy though and work out a lot, just can't get "ripped" per say.
My chick still wants to bone a lot and with the lights on, so until she doesn't, I think I'm cool.

This is pretty much me. I'm in my late 30s. About 2 years ago, I reached a 36 inch waist and I was disgusted with what I saw in the mirror. I'm certainly no gym rat now, but I try to work out at least 3 times a week, even if only for 20-30 mins at a time.
I'm down to a 32 inch waist now, which is what I was in high school. I don't ever want to revert back.

Men can def get away more with some extra weight on their body than a woman. That's because usually your wife/SO is too busy obsessing over her battle with weight/fitness than to really notice yours. Enjoy it men

Another reason James Brown is god. Plus it goes straight to our gut which in a weird way you can pull off.
If the things happened to our asses and arms that happen to woman's, it would be a different story.
Plus fat man shirts are in style these days.

Was just referring to the badass fat man shirt and Jonah Hill's obese arse trying to pull it off.
Dad Bod looks great in a fat man.

Problem with dad bod in your mid to late 20s is it usually means you will be a fat arse at age 40.

All smack talk aside, it's easier to establish good habits early than try to change your lifestyle when you're older and have more responsibilities. You don't have to spend hours in the gym a day. You can get in damn good shape working out 30-45 minutes four or five days a week. And almost everybody can find time for that. It's a matter of setting priorities.
Bottom line, if your chest measurement isn't several inches larger than your waist, you're not in good condition. If your waist measurement is larger than your chest and/or is 38 or greater, it's a risk factor for health issues such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and cancer.
A woman may love her guy for his other good qualities, and that's great. But saying he has a dad bod is just making excuses for his being physically unfit.

So she likes sleeping with her dad?
